Section 2 Test category
There are also many types of steel plates. In terms of production method, they can be divided into hot rolled steel plates and cold rolled steel plates; in terms of surface characteristics, they can be divided into galvanized plates( hot galvanized plates
and electrolytic galvanized plates ), tin-plated plates, composite steel plates, and color-coated steel plates; in terms of their use, they can be divided into bridge steel plates, boiler steel plates, shipbuilding steel plates, armored steel plates, automotive steel plates, roof steel plates, structural steel plates, electrical steel plate( Silicon steel sheet ), spring steel plates, heat resistant steel plates, and alloy steel plates.
Section 3 Test items and standards
The testing items of the center mainly include the following items: brand identification, chemical composition, mechanical property, physical property and chemical property detection. The elements of chemical composition analysis are mainly carbon C, manganese Mn, silicon Si, sulfur S, phosphorus P and other alloy elements. Mechanical testing mainly involves yield point, tensile strength, elongation and fatigue test. Physical performance testing mainly involves density, melting point, thermal expansion, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and magnetism. Chemical properties are mainly high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and oxidation resistance. In summary, multiple tests can basically meet the requirements of different materials of steel plate for different purposes. The following test standards are mainly used: GB/T700-2006 carbon structure steel, GB/T3274-2007 carbon structure steel and low-alloy structure steel, and hot-rolled thick steel plates and belts, GB/T17505-1998 general technical requirements for the delivery of steel and steel products and GB/T18253--2000 types of inspection documents of steel and steel products.
