In 1977, the first edition of Design Requirements For Steel Pressure Vessels In Petrochemical Industry was promulgated. With continuous improvement, China's pressure vessel system has technical standards represented by GB150 Steel Pressure Vessels and safety supervision regulations represented by Pressure Vessel Safety Technology Supervision Regulations. The two complement each other and constitute a complete system of China's pressure vessel standards to ensure the safety of pressure vessel products.
